When HECS came to us in early 2018, Amazon was an exciting frontier and one they wanted to take full advantage of. For quite some time, HECS’s presence on the Amazon platform was in poor condition in terms of brand continuity, product information, and category ranking.
They had no ad campaigns and were floundering with unknown 3rd party sellers who were taking a massive chunk of their sales.
HECS needed to maintain its foothold as a premium product. But it lacked the knowledge and manpower to properly run its Amazon account.
